Methylation3 is specifically prepared methylation designed for COMT mutations. COMT stands for Catechol-O-methyltransferase. Catecholamines are a family of neurotransmitters consisting of Dopamine, Epinephrine, and Norepinephrine. The function of this gene is to convert the happy neurotransmitter Dopamine, into Norepinephrine and Epinephrine when the body perceives stress, and creates anxiety.
